Process
INdividual Coaching
In many cases, the process of individual coaching will follow the model below.
But, since our belief is, that every one is unique. We want to provide this singularity in our working methods.
Therefore, the following model could be adapted in order to respond appropriately to one's needs, regarding his priorities.
For example, some people want to optimize their time, for every meeting it is possible to choose between distance (video or phone call) or one-on-one meetings.

MEETING
NEEDS ASSESSMENT HYPOTHESIS
The first meeting is a the semi-directive interview where we get to know the person and the situation that wants to be treated. We can extend it to various areas of life, in order to better understand and asset the needs. Together, we establish a framework that agrees on the working conditions such as one-to-one or distance meetings.
